What is your shipping policy?

All our orders ship out within 2 business days. If you are placing an overnight shipment or 2-day shipment, please call us directly at the shop. 215-412-3006. We always ship with insurance and tracking. We use USPS and UPS. If your order arrived incorrect or was damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.

What is your return policy?

No returns on makeup products or molding and casting supplies due to obvious health and safety issues on consumable commodities and perishable goods. This is for your safety and ours. 
Exception: For issues with makeup due to packaging, (occasionally a product does not work due to packaging issues) please bring in your item with your receipt or proof of purchase within 30 calendar days of purchase for an approved refund or credit. Refunds and credits will not be issued after 30 days of original receipt. Items must have been purchased from our store. We are not responsible for purchases from other stores.
Please note: If you experience an issue with any Molding and Casting supplies, Airbrush Equipment, or Airbrush Makeup, you must contact the Manufacturer Directly and notify them of the manufacturing problem.
Please know the product before you buy it. Many makeup products we carry have tester units so you can try it out first. We will gladly assist you in any way we can. For molding and casting materials, please understand that these are professional products and prior research and experience is advised before you purchase them. We are not responsible for the misuse of products. Every item sold in our shop is new, inspected, tested by the manufacturer and in perfect working condition when it leaves the store. We guarantee our customers are getting the best and newest products on the market and work closely with the manufacturers to ensure the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Classes and workshops

Classes and workshops can be cancelled no less than 14 days in advance for a full refund of the purchase price to your original method of payment. Due to teacher obligations and materials ordered for the class, there will be no exception to the 14 days.

If you need to cancel, please call the shop at 215-412-3006 AND email delia@spfxmakeup.com.

Classes can not be transferred to another date for any reason. Our classes are rain or shine unless the instructor announces otherwise, which would be in form of a reschedule date or full refund. Please check your schedule and make sure you will be able to attend when signing up. We can not be responsible for lateness or no-shows. We get asked often if there are age limits on classes. Age limits are subject to change and may be announced in the class description. All attendees of classes and workshops must be comfortable to work alone in a hands-on professional class setting and be willing to get their hands dirty. If a chaperone is required, the chaperone must purchase a seat for the class. No young children, please unless the class states it is an All Ages Class in the description. Please understand that although these classes are a lot of fun, our instructors are professional working artists and need to focus their attention with minimal distractions. 

All Classes and Workshops are intended to show proper use of materials we carry in the shop. Although our instructors are professional artists, we are not an accredited school. 

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates purchased online will be mailed to you and will arrive as a Physical Gift Certificate to be used on in-store purchases only. Gift Certificates can not be used towards classes and workshops. Gift certificates do not expire.

Special Orders:

If we don't have what you need in stock or need larger quantities than we have available at the shop, we will be glad to place a special order for you. Special orders do require pre-payment but do not have any additional fee. You will be charged for the item plus shipping. Special order items are not eligible for return or swap outs. 

Do you offer discounts for groups, large orders, schools, and haunted houses?

Do you do makeup appointments and custom work? 

No I am sorry but we do not, we are a retail store and do not offer services.
